Information and Public Awareness
The effectiveness of sea protection does not depend solely on the measures of the government and the local communities but primarily on our own actions.
It is extremely important for spatial planners, project design companies, local community bodies and state authorities dealing with watercourse regulation and/or protection to be closely familiar with the possibilities and restrictions regarding interventions in the marine environment and offshore land. It is also good that every individual is aware of their potential impact on the marine environment.
We can organise workshops for the professional, administrative and general public where they can extend their knowledge of the said area and thereby further contribute to development that is consistent with the ecosystem approach.
We have the most experience in organising events on the topic of marine litter and in youth awareness events.
